We are missing you too!
In as much as it is flattering to still receive enquiries about the opening hours of our bodywork practice, it is not so nice to having to say ‘No’ all the time.
The sad fact is that under Alert Level 4 we are closed. Most likely, we will remain closed until we return to Alert Level 2. It is certainly not what we want – but we aim to be responsible practitioners and business owners. Unfortunately, we decided not to make any exceptions, although we have been asked to more than a few times.
What did we do with standing appointments?
I contacted all of you who had standing appointments last week and weekend to reschedule your times and dates. As I am uncertain when we can open our doors again (and expecting this may not happen until Friday, September 3rd) I aimed to find alternative slots for you in September. I kept our online booking system blocked to keep our calendar open, purely for this reason.
Most, if not all of you, should now have been re-booked. Now it is just a matter of hoping that we can indeed open our doors again on that Friday – or sooner of course.
Can you now book bodywork appointments?
Yes, you can. As said though, you can only book appointments from September 3rd onwards. When you book your next appointments please keep in mind that we can only see you again if we are back at Alert Level 1 or 2 at that date.
What if we return to and stay at Alert Level 3?
Whether we open or remain closed under Alert Level 3 is a decision we will make when we get there. At this point it would be safest to assume that we remain closed at that level. That means we will have to wait until we return to Alert Level 2 before we open our doors again.
Reopening – How will you know?
How will you know that we re-opened the doors to our practice?
If you are an existing client and have used our online booking system you will receive a re-opening notification from us by email. We will also send the same email to those who are on our mail list.
If you follow Advaya Healing on Facebook and are not on our mail list, it is probably best to keep an eye open for our re-opening post. However, we will publish that re-opening post perhaps a day after sending out our re-opening emails to give our clients and subscribers first appointment slot choices.
Thank you for your understanding
Finally, I must say that I am feeling somewhat overwhelmed by the number of enquiries I received over the last ten days. It has been amazing to receive your messages and your support.
Meanwhile, if you have any questions about our practice and Advaya’s operating hours, please use this site’s Contact Us form or simply comment on the Social Media Post.
To all our clients, we are truly looking forward to seeing you again, and hopefully soon. Our practice room feels empty without you…..
