After a first Internal Pelvic Health treatment, can I book regular ones ahead?
Yes — after receiving your first Internal Pelvic Health treatment it may be possible for you to book future IPH sessions as part of a regular maintenance programme, but only under specific conditions that protect your safety, your wellbeing, and the integrity of the work.
Generally, after two or three initial sessions, Internal Pelvic Therapy does not become a routine or automatically recurring service. It is a clinical modality that is offered only when we determine that it is therapeutically meaningful, beneficial, and appropriate. After your first session, we can discuss whether ongoing internal work is beneficial, how frequently it should occur, and whether it could meaningfully fit into your broader treatment plan. This ensures the work remains purposeful, safe, and aligned with your body’s needs rather than becoming habitual or assumed.
If internal work is recommended as part of your maintenance programme, you will still not book it directly online. Instead, your practitioner will guide the scheduling process to ensure:
- The treatment remains clinically justified
- Your intentions and comfort remain clear
- Consent is reaffirmed each time
- The work continues to support your long‑term pelvic health
This approach preserves the professionalism and ethical boundaries that make internal pelvic therapy safe and effective. It also ensures that every session is entered into with clarity, readiness, and mutual trust.
So yes — ongoing sessions can be part of your maintenance plan, but only when they genuinely serve your therapeutic goals and are arranged through direct conversation with us.
