As an existing client, can I request Internal Pelvic Health treatments?
Yes, you can. All established Advaya Healing Bodywork clients can request an Internal Pelvic Health treatment. However, we will only offer you this type of treatment when we believe that it’s clinically appropriate, therapeutically justified, and aligned with the ethical framework that guides all of our work.
Our Internal Pelvic Health therapy is never offered as a first‑session option or as something for you to “try out.” It becomes available to you only after we have built a trusting therapeutic relationship with you and when we have developed a clear understanding of your body, your history, your goals, and your readiness. This ensures the work is always introduced with care, clarity, and genuine therapeutic purpose.
Several requirements must be satisfied before we continue with this work –
- Trust and rapport must have been developed over time
- A shared understanding must have been developed of how this therapy may be of benefit to you
- Clear communication about boundaries, consent, and expectations has been established
- Respect for the professional nature of this modality is demonstrated
Even when you are an established client, we will still conduct a careful conversation to confirm that your request is grounded in appropriate intentions, that the treatment is suitable for your condition, and that all consent and safety protocols are fully in place.
In this way, we ensure that Internal Pelvic Health treatments remain ethical, safe, client‑led, and clinically meaningful, offered only to those who genuinely benefit from them and who understand the seriousness and professionalism of the work.
Because this modality is not offered on our online booking system we invite you to discuss options with your therapist at your next visit.
