Is Thoracic Release safe if I have breast implants?
Yes. Our thoracic release therapies are gentle, externally applied, and designed to work only with the fascia, ribs, diaphragm, and surrounding soft tissues of your chest. We never apply forceful pressure, never work on your implants themselves, and never manipulate deeper surgical structures. This makes our work safe and comfortable for clients with breast augmentation.
Our unique Thoracic Release Therapies never work directly on your implants or capsules. We focus on your fascia, ribs, diaphragm, sternum, and surrounding soft tissues only. All techniques are performed on the outer layers of your chest wall, where tension, restriction, and postural strain commonly develop.
Our approach focuses on:
- slow, sustained myofascial techniques
- respecting the natural movement of the chest wall
- avoiding compression or pressure that could affect implants
- continuous consent, communication, and comfort checks
Many of our clients with implants book our Thoracic Release Treatments regularly to ease post-surgery tightness, to improve posture, and to support easier breathing.
